I've been investigating the problem now and the problem is not cpu
usage, but rsh connections from the client (on Solaris) to the server
(on Linux) being left in the TIME_WAIT state, eventually causing the
client to temporarily run out of network resources, so I'm going to set
cvs2html to run as a cron job on the Linux cvs server instead of running
it across the network.
