Dear all,

I have recently set up a CVS repostitory using NT.
I have just installed Perl (ActivePerl I believe)

I tried running cvs2html and failed with cvsroot and cvs repository
edited perl script to read

#($fullcvsroot) = <INFILE> =~/^(.*)$/;
($fullcvsroot) = "t:/cvsrepoitory/";

and 
# ($rootdir) = <INFILE> =~/^\Q$fullcvsroot\E(.*)$/;
($rootdir)=vtk;

tried 

cvs2html -O foo

got no output

Any ideas what to try next?

Is there a FAQ for us clueless losers anywhere? I can't seem to get a
decent log from cvs at all.
