New version of cvs2html - 1.79

I messed up in the Changelog so two version numbers up
for cvs2html -> 1.79

I have corrected a BUG - that killed cvs2html on my
machine. The creation of the $cvs2html_diff-directory
was brain-dead :-)

http://cvs.sslug.dk/cvs2html has the new code.

Next release will presumably give a hierarchical
creation of the output-files, so new layout of the
output-files.

I also would like to ***KILL THE -O OPTION***
Any objections to that??
