Help for first use...

Hi,

I'm trying to use cvs2html using the following line:
		./cvs2html.pl -P /cvs_drive/cvssmr -O smr/T9004_EP

My CVS repository is in /cvs_drive/cvssmr and the project I want a report on
has the FULL path /cvs_drive/cvssmr/smr/T9004_EP

cvs2html reports the following error:

	Error: The file ./CVS/Root is missing  - this directory does not
seem to be under CVS-control. at ./cvs2html.pl line 848.

  What is the problem with the way I call cvs2html...
